FG is working for the release of remaining Chibok girls: Osinbajo

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday reiterated the determination of  the Federal Government to secure the release of the remaining abducted Chibok girls

Osinabjo strongly denounced such criminal acts that exploited the vulnerabilities of the girl child and warned that the government would condone it.

He spoke when he received a delegation of Girl Child Rights Advocates from various schools in Abuja, the nation’s capital, in office at the Presidential Villa..

The delegation was led on the visit by officials from the Universal Basic Education Commission, Save the Children International, and the UNFPA, to mark the International Day of the Girl Child.

Osinbajo informed them that the government was working hard to ensure that all the remaining abducted Chibok girls were released and returned home safely to their parents.
